A Personal Approach

One of the things that makes working with Saba different is her commitment to a process that puts you first. She follows a three-step meeting approach that gives you the time and space to ask questions, share your concerns, and make decisions you feel good about.

Step 1: Initial Meeting

We want your first meeting to feel comfortable and productive. Before we connect, we'll send you a brief questionnaire to help us understand your situation and goals. When we meet, Saba will take the time to answer your questions, explain her process, and listen to what matters most to you and your family. For Muslim clients, this is also an opportunity to discuss how Islamic inheritance principles apply to your family specifically — and how Saba will ensure your plan reflects both your legal needs and your faith-based values. There's no pressure, just an honest conversation to see if we're the right team for the journey ahead.

Step 2: Review Meeting

At your review meeting, Saba will walk you through each document in detail, explaining what it does, when it applies, and how it works together as part of your complete plan. The goal is simple: that you leave feeling confident and clear about every decision. If anything needs adjusting, we'll make those changes and send you a final version to review before anything is signed.

Step 3: Signing Meeting

Once everything is finalized, we'll meet in person to answer any remaining questions, make any final decisions, and sign and notarize your documents together — a meaningful moment that marks the completion of your plan.

Follow Up

As needed, Saba will provide any guidance on how to fund your trust. Saba will also follow up with you every 3-5 years to ensure all documents are up to date.

"It is not right for a Muslim who has something to bequeath to spend even two nights without having their written will with him."
