About Me

FOUNDER & PRINCIPAL ATTORNEY

Saba A. Khwaja, Esq.

While a law student, Saba developed an interest in the field of wills, trusts, and estates. Her interest developed into a passion to become an estate planning attorney when she realized how important estate planning was for everyone, no matter the amount of wealth. Saba furthered her passion by obtaining an LL.M. in taxation with a certificate in estate planning from Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, DC.

With years of experience at boutique trusts and estates firms in Virginia and Florida, Saba knows how to make estate planning as painless as possible. Her calm and warm demeanor puts clients at ease, and her attention to detail makes her a trusted advocate for families at every stage of life. In practice, she saw a clear and pressing need: Muslim families seeking faith-based estate plans had far too few knowledgeable attorneys to turn to. Driven by a deep commitment to serving the Muslim community, she has made Islamic estate planning a cornerstone of her work, ensuring that such families have a knowledgeable and trusted attorney to help them honor their faith while protecting their loved ones.
